Our Mission
To support the community through food education, agricultural connection, and culinary entrepreneurship by providing accessible, hands-on learning experiences that strengthen kitchen skills, deepen nutritional knowledge based on current USDA MyPlate dietary guidelines, and celebrate the farm-to-table connection between local agriculture and home cooking.
By offering commercial kitchen access, business development support, and educational programming led by local nutritional experts, experienced home cooks, and regional and national guest chefs, we seek to empower aspiring food entrepreneurs to launch and grow sustainable food businesses. We see this community kitchen facility as a gathering place where neighbors learn together, where agricultural heritage meets culinary innovation, and where local food systems are strengthened through education, collaboration, and celebration.
